Patient Participation Group

Here at Brandon Lane Surgery we like to consult with our patients through a patient participation group. The Practice is always looking for new members, in particular people who work, lone parents or disabled patients to ensure that we obtain a wide range of views.  If you are interested please contact Carole Valente our Patient Participation Group Coordinator.

Virtual Patient Participation Group

At Brandon Lane Surgery we appreciate that our patients have busy day to day lives.  We have designed a ‘virtual group’ for our patients to be able to interact with us at the surgery and give us your opinions on the services we provide at a time that is convenient for you.

There are many advantages to joining the virtual group:

  • The group fits in around your lifestyle.
  • There is a sense of Anonymity, your views will only be seen by staff at the practice.
  • It is a mobile group, it can be accessed from home, work, internet café or on the move.

Becoming a member of our ‘virtual group’ is easy, simply complete the online form on the link below and we will contact you from time to time to ask you for your opinions and ideas.
